About The Role

As Beauty Advisor, you will drive sales through an authentic passion for beauty and engage clients by identifying their needs with a consultative approach. You will ensure an excellent overall client experience, maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands, execute merchandise sets, and support replenishment and visual standards according to Sephora at Kohl’s standards.

What You’ll Do

• Build strong client loyalty and influence clients by identifying their needs and suggesting products to drive sales, including upselling opportunities.
• Demonstrate credibility to clients through knowledge of products and beauty trends.
• Inspire clients by demonstrating products and application techniques to drive sales.
• Actively engage in and complete all required training to expand your knowledge.
• Execute and maintain all Sephora visual merchandising and operational standards, including merchandise sets, tester maintenance, and department cleanliness.
• Support omni-channel processing within the department.
• Assist in inventory management from receipt to sale, including freight processing, back stocking, replenishment, inventory counts, and price changes.
• Support visual elements of the department and communicate missed or damaged products or fixtures to the supervisor.

Pay Range: $15.00 - $19.45.
