Job summary

Sephora Boulder is seeking a part-time Beauty Advisor to welcome every client with warmth and confidence. You’ll deliver personalized beauty experiences, share product knowledge, and help clients feel beautiful.

You’ll join a diverse team, support inventory and merchandising, and strive to exceed sales goals while upholding Sephora standards. Flexible scheduling includes 15-29 hrs/week, nights, weekends and holidays; hourly pay ranges from $19.80 to $22.90.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail or client-focused environment.
• A passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative, goal-oriented, and inclusive environment.
• Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
