Sephora Cincinnati OH-Kenwood is seeking a Beauty Advisor to welcome every client with warmth and confidence, delivering personalized beauty experiences and expert product recommendations.

You will stay ahead of trends, demonstrate product knowledge, support inventory and merchandising, and help create a welcoming, inclusive shopping environment. Flexible scheduling includes nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience and demonstrated ability to provide excellent service in a retail or client-focused environment.
• A passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative, goal-oriented environment.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
