Job summary

Brookman, Inc. is seeking a Beauty Consultant Part Time for Palm Beach Tan in Evansville to join a vibrant, team-oriented environment. You will engage customers, drive sales, and provide exceptional service while promoting our skin care products and salon services.

Ideal candidates have retail or customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends. Training and advancement opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+hours per day
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly
• Consults with customers in a professional, upbeat manner
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items
• Maintain a clean and organized salon
• Cash handling, opening/closing business
• Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking
