Job summary

Double Care ABA in the United States is seeking a part-time BCBA to supervise an in-person case once a week. The role requires BCBA certification and involves 3–4 hours of service weekly per client (2 hours supervision, 1 hour treatment planning, 1 hour parent training); sessions are Tue/Thu 4:30–6:30 PM.

This W2 position uses Central Reach for data collection; compensation is $80–$90 per hour, with an emphasis on individualized ABA programs delivered with care to the client aged 18.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and work with a client to create functional behavior evaluations and behavior plans.
• Work with behavior technicians to implement treatment plans and ensure programs are carried out effectively.
• Conduct observations, design data collection instruments, summarize and analyze behavioral data.
• Provide ongoing staff training on crisis prevention, behavior management and intervention techniques.
• Conduct parent training on specific treatment goals.
