Job summary

Golden Care Therapy is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts for per diem, part-time roles to support children with ASD in New Jersey, conducting evaluations, developing treatment plans, and supervising therapists.

This position offers a flexible schedule and telehealth-friendly home-based work, requiring a Master’s degree and BCBA certification with no license sanctions, and a 2–3 hour weekly commitment for supervision and planning.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• BCBA certification required.
• No sanctions or disciplinary actions on license and/or certification.
• 2-3 hours per week (one hour of direct supervision and 2 hours of treatment planning and family training from home).
• Flexibility to accommodate clients’ scheduling needs.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate children with ASD.
