Job summary

GetHired, Inc. is seeking a Remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical team on a part-time basis. The BCBA will provide ABA services through Telehealth, conduct assessments, develop and monitor treatment plans, and supervise RBTs and BCBA interns in a virtual setting.

The ideal candidate has a current BACB-verified BCBA credential, a relevant master’s degree, and at least 1 year of BCBA experience. Spanish bilingual skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, Behavior Analysis, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of BCBA experience in ABA and supervising staff.
• Experience with VB-MAPP, Vineland, AFLS or SAVVY assessments.
• Spanish bilingual preferred; able to communicate with families in Spanish.
• Tech-savvy with Telehealth, data collection, and digital documentation.
• Strong time management and ability to work remotely with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy oversight and supervision via Telehealth for clients.
• Conduct functional assessments and develop data-driven treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to RBTs, behavior technicians, and interns.
• Conduct parent/caregiver training and support skill generalization.
• Review notes and reports for accuracy and quality; ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership and administrative staff.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and professional standards.
• Participate in regular virtual team meetings and case reviews.
• Achieve 100% billable hours during scheduled work time, as feasible.

Remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst

(Part Time-BCBA)

Position Summary:

Behavioral Momentum Services (BMS) is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical team. The BCBA will provide support to individuals and their families through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services delivered via Telehealth.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, report writing, developing and monitoring individualized treatment plans, training and supervising RBTs and BCBA interns, providing caregiver guidance, and consulting monthly with program managers regarding their AHFA adult clients—all within a collaborative and supportive virtual environment. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong clinical judgment, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining active engagement with our multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Current BCBA certification (in good standing with the BACB)
• Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, Behavior Analysis, Behavioral Science, Human Development, Social Work, or a related field
• Demonstrated competence in behavior management, instructional design, written and verbal communication, and professional collaboration
• Minimum of 1 year of BCBA experience implementing ABA interventions, designing individualized treatment programs, and training caregivers or staff
• Experience conducting assessments such as VB-MAPP, Vineland, AFLS, and/or SAVVY Assessment
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with Telehealth platforms, electronic data collection, and digital documentation (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines remotely
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold HIPAA compliance at all times
• Energetic, coachable, and professional demeanor
• Must pass a background check
• Reliable internet connection and private workspace

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional assessments and develop data-driven, individualized treatment plans
• Provide ongoing supervision and training to RBTs, behavior technicians, and BCBA interns
• Conduct parent/caregiver training and provide guidance for skill generalization in home and community settings
• Review session notes, progress reports, and treatment documentation for accuracy and quality
• Collaborate closely with clinical leadership and administrative staff to ensure smooth service delivery
• Maintain compliance with all BACB, HIPAA, and company policies
• Participate in regular virtual team meetings, case reviews, and professional development opportunities
• Expected to maintain 100% billable hours during scheduled work time, except when participating in HR-scheduled meetings or approved non-billable activities.
• Perform other clinical duties as assigned

Schedule & Work Environment:

• Part-time, remote position
• Flexible schedule within business hours (8:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday–Saturday 8am-2pm)
• Occasional travel may be required for training or team events
