Behavioral Concepts in Newton, MA is seeking a Part-Time BCBA to oversee ABA therapy for children with autism. You will supervise clinicians, mentor technicians, and ensure individualized, assent-based treatment in collaboration with families and clinical leadership.

Requirements include a Master’s degree, BCBA credential or exam within 3 months, and at least two years of relevant experience. The role offers CEUs, development stipend, PTO, and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

  • Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • BCBA certification or pending BCBA exam within the next three months.
  • Minimum of two years of experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
  • Certification, registration, and/or license as required by local statutes to deliver behavior treatment.

Responsabilidades

  • Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients.
  • Mentor and support behavior technicians through competency-based training.
  • Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources.
  • Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision.
  • Conduct regular parent/caregiver trainings for families.
  • Ensure client safety as a top priority.
  • Deliver individualized, person-centered care rooted in assent-based treatment.
  • Guide ongoing implementation of teaching procedures.

BCI is hiring a Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join them in providing high-quality, evidence-based, contemporary ABA therapy to children with autism. What You Have
  • Master’s degree or higher
  • BCBA certification or expected to sit for the BCBA exam within the next three months
  • Minimum of two years of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilitiesCertification, registration, and/or license as required by local statutes to deliver behavior treatment
  • Exceptional professional, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and vocal)

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients

  • Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources
  • Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision
  • Conduct regular parent/caregiver trainings for family members
  • Treat the safety of clients and others involved in each case as a top priority
  • Consult with clients and provides continuous program direction and maintenance
  • Analyze data/behavior and makes data-based decisions
  • Guide ongoing implementation of teaching procedures
  • Ensure program directives from senior clinical team are implemented accurately and timely
  • Deliver individualized, person-centered care rooted in the principles of assent-based treatment
