The Olympic Club in San Francisco is seeking a part-time Basketball Scorekeeper to maintain clear, organized statistics for the club’s junior and adult basketball leagues. The role primarily serves the downtown City Clubhouse with time at the Lakeside campus as needed.

Requirements include a High School Degree, basic computer knowledge, knowledge of basketball scorekeeping, and First Aid/CPR certification. Excellent written and verbal communication and the ability to work with full membership

• Must have knowledge of sport of basketball and scorekeeping and have a strong ability to work with people
• Knowledge and certification in First Aid and CPR
• Clear, concise written and oral communication skills
• Personable disposition and ability to work with full membership compliment

Responsibilities

• Keep the gym area clean and safe by checking the physical area regularly
• Input statistics on the computer during basketball games
• Regular attendance required based on business expectations and needs
• Adheres to all federal, state, local and San Francisco laws regarding health, safety and employment
