Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and a certified basketball referee.
• Strong verbal communication with children and adults.
• Knowledge of standard basketball rules.
• CPR/AED/First aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Officiate recreational league games and instruct players on rules.
• Reports any problems with games and/or players to site management.
• Officiate the recreational games while maintaining a professional atmosphere.
• Be punctual and professional in fulfilling responsibilities.
• Exercise authority in an impartial, firm, and controlled manner.
