Job summary

Qualifications

Two years of experience in sport is required.
Bachelor’s degree is required, Master’s preferred.
Strong organization, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills are required.
Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and handle confidential information.
Must be able to lift a minimum of 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

Assist Head Baseball Coach with practice and game day planning.
Coach practices and games, and oversee development of practice and game coaching.
Assist with equipment and facility needs for the baseball program.
Collaborate with the athletic training team on player welfare and safety.
Support retention and graduation of baseball student athletes.
