Job summary

ESCO, a division of Eurpac Service, Inc., is seeking a part-time Base Manager at the Davis Monthan, Arizona Commissary. This position offers 25 hours per week and pays $17–$19 per hour. You will support store operations, stock shelves, manage displays, and work with independent contractors to keep shelves full and promotions running. Military base access and background check are required; travel may be involved.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily tasks to support commissary operations.
• Expand distribution of new items and meet the 30-day speed-to-shelf objective.
• Stock shelves during shortages and manage shelf max with CAO.
• Build displays and coordinate product demonstrations and events.
• Maintain shelf management: facings, resets, pricing and shelf tags.
