Eurpac Service Incorporated is seeking a part-time Base Manager for the Pearl Harbor, Hawaii commissary. The role involves stocking, displays, demo coordination, and daily operations support using EAGLE Eye and Retail IQ tools.

Expect 25 hours per week with a pay range of $18.00–$20.00 per hour. Candidates should be dependable, organized, and able to work with independent contractors, while complying with security and military base requirements.

Responsibilities

• Expand distribution of new items using AM guidance to meet 30-day speed to shelf.
• Collaborate with the CAO to manage shelf maximums for all SKUs.
• Stock shelves when out-of-stocks or backstock is available.
• Secure/sell display activity and build displays as needed.
• Secure product demonstration activity and order cases for events.
• Shelf management: Facings, Resets, Sign Management, Not in-stock, Pricing, Coupons, Shelf Tags.
• Process Vendor Credit Memos (VCMs) and Vendor Price Reduction Agreements (VPRAs).
• Maintain proper store call frequency and communicate issues to AM.
• Check code dates and rotate products.
• Manage weekly DSD/DSDS orders.
• Demonstrate expertise in EAGLE Eye and Retail IQ.
• Report in-store conditions using company systems.
