Job summary

Unidine is hiring immediately for part time Bartender positions at Dunwoody Village, 3500 West Chester Pike, Newtown Square, PA 19073. You will prepare and serve beverages in the bar area, interacting with guests in a friendly, courteous manner.

The role requires adherence to liquor regulations, stocking, cash handling and maintaining a clean, well-organized bar. The schedule is part-time with hours and days varying; benefits are available and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Adheres to state, federal and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Sets up assigned bars; requisitions and stocks all beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments, glassware, ice and produce.
• Maintains stock, prepares and stores all garnishes and perishables to ensure quality.
• Greet guests in a courteous, friendly manner.
• Takes and processes drink orders; mixes and presents drinks using recipes; practices portion control.
• Checks guests’ IDs to verify legal drinking age.
• Receives cash, makes change and records charges accurately.
• Locks up and stores all beverage products and cash; secures the bank.
• Performs cleaning tasks and keeps the bar area clean and organized.
• Arranges bottles and glasses for an attractive display; washes stemware.

Responsibilities
