Responsibilities include cash handling, POS operation, garnishing drinks, and adapting to daily service needs while upholding safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender.
• Extensive knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle cash and operate a POS system.
• Must be of legal drinking age.
• Certification in responsible beverage service where required by law.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Interact with guests in a friendly and welcoming manner, taking and delivering drink orders.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, stocking supplies and cleaning glassware.
• Ensure responsible service of alcohol and compliance with legal requirements.
• Monitor guest needs and respond promptly to requests or concerns.
• Prepare garnishes and set up service areas for daily operations.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Handle cash and process payments accurately.
• Collaborate with the bar team and other staff to deliver exceptional service.
