Beecher's at Paine Field in Everett, WA is seeking a part-time bartender to join our team. The starting rate is $19.77 per hour, plus expected tips of $8–$10 per hour, averaging $27.77–$29.77 per hour total. Must have 2–3 years bartending experience, strong guest service, and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of bartending experience.
• Barista experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of sanitation regulations.
• A passion for and creative abilities when it comes to craft cocktails.
• Proactive, with a high attention to detail.
• Positive and professional approach to people and work.
• Ability to provide excellent guest service consistently; maintain grace under pressure during busy rushes.

Responsabilités

• Ensures that the highest quality food and service experience is consistently provided to our guests.
• Pro-active in solving guest concerns and satisfying guests in various situations.
• Maintains a clean, organized, and stocked environment.
• Ensures all cash handling procedures are upheld; is accountable for store funds while running a shift.
