Job Responsibilities

1. Open and close the bar
2. Make and serve drinks
3. Clean tables and bar area
4. Maintain storage and inventory of alcohol
5. Restock items as needed
6. Mix ingredients for cocktails and drinks
7. Display knowledge of menu items and preparation methods
8. Be knowledgeable about hotel property and amenities

Job Requirements

• Previous bartending experience or training
• Must be 21 years of age
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Strong work ethic and desire to succeed
• Knowledge of Micros system is a plus
• Knowledge of beer, wine, liquor, and drink recipes
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Clean background check and reliable transportation
• Excellent guest service and communication skills
