Job summary

The Sloan at LoSo in Charlotte, NC is seeking a part-time café team member to provide coffee service in the community amenity space. You will prepare espresso drinks, maintain a welcoming atmosphere, and help ensure a polished resident experience.

In this position, you will support a community amenity space, providing coffee service while building familiarity with residents and contributing to a polished, hospitality-driven environment.

• Supporting the overall presentation and experience of the community

This is a role for someone who is personable, reliable and understands that small and consistent interactions shape the overall resident experience.

What You Bring to the Team

You have a solid foundation in barista or coffee shop experience, with familiarity in espresso preparation, equipment cleaning and handling and delivering consistent service through resident engagement.
