Job summary

Lowes Foods, LLC is hiring for a front-line associate to deliver friendly, engaging guest service in a retail environment. You will demonstrate products, stock shelves, rotate goods and assist guests while maintaining store standards and safety.

The role requires physical work, ability to lift heavy items and flexibility to learn multiple tasks, with opportunities to support team training and daily merchandising programs.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 25 lbs consistently and 50 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests receive friendly, engaging service by providing demonstrations and samples.
• Follow merchandising and operational guidelines including stock levels.
• Prepare, receive, stock, rotate products and assist guests.
• Perform cleaning and sanitation to maintain safety per standards.
• Make PA announcements on schedule.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
