Job summary

Fox Powersports Grand Rapids is seeking a part-time Barista to deliver an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced, onsite café environment. You will greet customers, take orders, craft beverages, and recommend options with a smile.

You’ll keep the café clean and organized, handle quick inquiries, support teammates, and assist with opening and closing procedures. Training is provided on-site; beverage experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills are paramount.
• Basic proficiency with cash registers and POS systems.
• Familiarity with making café beverages is a plus, but on-site training will be provided.
• Typically scheduled to work three days a week with possible additional hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, take orders, and offer recommendations.
• Craft beverages to standard while maintaining taste and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues during service.
• Collaborate with team to meet fast-paced café demands.
• Manage opening and closing procedures.
