Job summary

Canteen North America is hiring for a part-time BARISTA in Winter Park, FL. The role operates 8:00 am to 1:30 pm with online applications accepted. Training is provided, and pay ranges from $14.00 to $15.00 per hour. Join a team dedicated to great coffee, service, and workplace experiences.

Qualifications

• Willing to train!
• Ability to enter orders into a POS and handle cash/credit payments
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and service area

Responsibilities

• Prepares espresso orders for customers and catering using standard measures and recipes.
• Enters orders accurately into POS device; accepts cash and charge payments.
• Replenishes condiments, beverages and general supplies while maintaining cleanliness of service area.
• Ensures proper presentation, portion control and proper serving temperatures; follows HACCP standards.
• Maintains sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies and utensils.
• Ensures proper food preparation by using approved recipes and following production standards.
• Greets customers courteously and informs them about menu items.
• Serves customers quickly and helps in buying decisions.
• Merchandises display foods attractively and serves them neatly.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
