Morrison Healthcare, part of Compass Group, is hiring a part-time barista at Virtua Our Lady Of Lourdes Camden, NJ. The role makes coffee and espresso drinks and related items, following HACCP guidelines and keeping the service area clean and organized. Shifts run 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, and 2:00 pm to 9:00 pm, with days varying.

1 year of barista experience is required. Pay ranges from $17.00 to $22.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• 1 year of barista experience required.
• Ability to prepare espresso drinks and beverages.
• Friendly, courteous interaction with customers.

Responsibilities

• Prepares espresso orders for customers and catering.
• Enters orders into POS and processes payments.
• Replenishes condiments and maintains cleanliness of the service area.
• Follows HACCP guidelines and maintains proper temperatures.
• Greets customers and ensures satisfaction.
