Job summary

Mercy Health in Lima, Ohio is seeking a part-time team member for the Starbucks Coffee Shop to deliver the Starbucks Experience with prompt service and quality beverages.

The role includes welcoming customers, preparing beverages to standards, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting store operations. The schedule is 20 hours per week, days/evenings, at Mercy Health’s Coffee Shop in St. Rita's, Lima.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work 20 hours per week.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide excellent service in beverage and product selections.
• Prepare beverage orders to Starbucks standards.
• Communicate clearly with customers and co-workers.
• Maintain sanitary conditions of equipment and work areas.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Stock, rotate, and merchandise products according to standards.
• Work as a team while protecting customer privacy and safety.
