Job summary

Abbey Coffee Company in Marion, IN is seeking a Part-Time Barista to greet customers, prepare beverages, and contribute to a welcoming cafe environment. Starting pay is $9.00 per hour, increasing to $10.00 after passing the Barista Certification Test and to $11.00 after six months.

Tips are paid in addition to hourly wages. You will also help maintain merchandise, bake pastries, restock supplies, and keep the cafe clean.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with fast, personalized service and build rapport.

• Explain Abbey products and cafe vision.
• Maintain merchandise and restock supplies.
• Clean cafe areas, tables, and dishes; manage pastries.
• Prepare seasonal drinks and learn coffee offerings.
