Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring a part-time Barista in Voorhees, NJ. You will make coffee and related items, handle POS transactions, and provide excellent customer service in a healthcare setting.

Shift options include 1:30 pm–10:30 pm or 9:30 pm–6:00 am, with pay ranging from $19 to $21 per hour. Benefits are available for full-time and part-time roles. Located at Virtua Voorhees, online applications accepted.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or food service is preferred.
• Able to handle cash and card payments accurately.
• Knowledge of HACCP guidelines or food safety standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Makes and serves coffee/espresso drinks and related food items.
• Interacts with customers in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Operates POS for orders and payments.
• Replenishes supplies and maintains cleanliness of service area.
• Ensures proper food preparation by following standardized recipes.
• Maintains sanitation and orderliness of equipment and utensils.
• Greets customers and assists in buying decisions.
• Merchandises display foods attractively per standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
