Paséa Hotel & Spa in Huntington Beach, CA is seeking a part-time Barback to support our busy bars and lounges. You will help maintain inventory, replenish supplies, and ensure the guest experience meets high standards.

Ideal candidates bring basic knowledge of food and beverage service, a positive attitude, strong communication, and prior bar experience. You will follow sanitation guidelines, assist with glassware, and help keep the bar area clean and welcoming.

Formación

• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior bar experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of wine, beer, liquors, waters and drink preparation.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain inventory and replenish bar supplies during shift.
• Clean and reset bars and lounge areas.
• Wash glasses and utensils following sanitation guidelines.
• Dispose of recyclables and transport soiled barware to stewarding area.
• Adhere to safety policies and show up on time.
