Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a Banquet Server for Graduate by Hilton Bloomington in Indiana. The server will support Food & Beverage operations, ensuring a welcoming experience for guests during events. Responsibilities include serving food, preparing banquet rooms, and adhering to safety standards.

Ideal candidates will have a High School diploma and are encouraged to bring their communication and multi-tasking skills to create an exceptional environment. Flexible hours are a must, and prior food service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior food service experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Follow direction from Food & Beverage Manager to support smooth event execution.
• Interpret Banquet Event Order (BEO) documents and carry out event setup.
• Serve food and beverages to guests during events.
• Assist in cleaning and organizing event spaces at the completion of events.
