Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer for a banking facility in Stamford, CT. You will deliver customer service, monitor access, and perform unarmed patrols to deter security incidents while maintaining a visible presence.

The position requires 1+ year of security experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and successful background and drug screenings. Pay is $19.92 per hour with daytime shifts and part-time hours.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check required by federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors and vendors at a financial institution.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of banking areas, offices and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials as per site procedures; report unusual conditions.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow established protocols with management or responders.
• Complete activity logs and incident reports per Allied Universal and site requirements.
