Responsibilities

Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts, while following policies and regulatory requirements.
Educate clients on day-to-day banking, including mobile and online self-service options.
Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge with the branch team.
Perform branch operations, including cash devices, while adhering to bank policies.
