Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent is required.
• Experience in client service or similar roles preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.

Responsabilités

• Greet clients and deliver attentive, friendly service. Manage lobby flow and scheduling using in-branch tools.
• Assist with account servicing, maintenance, and new account openings in compliance with policies.
• Explain banking products and digital tools to clients and help them use mobile and online services.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and offering suitable solutions.
• Support branch operations and cash handling in accordance with bank procedures.
