Job summary

TD Bank in Vineland, NJ, is seeking a Banking Associate to perform everyday banking transactions and educate customers on TD products and services. You will help customers open accounts, manage deposits, and use digital tools to meet financial goals.

The role requires strong communication, customer-service skills, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior teller experience is preferred and training will be provided to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 year experience working with customers in any capacity
• Demonstrated Customer Service skills preferred
• Ability to work during operating hours to include evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled
• Teller experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Performs a wide range of tasks across multiple areas within a Store location; to include processing customer transactions, opening new accounts and educating customers on all banking products and services
• Delivers end-to-end advice customers expect: building trust with educational content & tools, providing consultative support, and proactive insights & recommendations
• Utilizes TD’s systems and tools to engage with Customers to acquire and deepen relationships by providing advice and guidance
• Connects with customers, provides financial advice, and deepens relationships through lead management activities
• Serves the customer on teller line and platform with account services and product education
