Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Assist with day-to-day transactions and open new accounts in compliance with policies.
• Educate clients on using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs for their needs.
• Develop meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing solutions.
• Perform branch operations including cash handling and vault/ATM duties according to policies.
