JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Paso Robles, CA, is seeking a Part Time Associate Banker (20 hours) at the Niblick and River Branch. You will deliver welcoming, attentive service, open accounts, and guide customers through Chase digital tools to meet financial goals.

As a frontline partner, you will work with branch colleagues to ensure accurate, compliant service and evolving client relationships while embracing Chase's culture and technology-driven solutions.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Client service experience or comparable experience.
Ability to put clients first and exceed expectations.
Able to learn products, services and procedures quickly.

Responsibilities

Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
Open new accounts and provide account servicing in compliance with policies.
Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options.
Build relationships through active listening and solution sharing with branch teammates.
Perform branch operations including cash handling in line with policies.
