Qualifications

• Typically 1–2 years of relevant experience and/or education in related field.
• Confident and experienced in the use of social media, tablets, smartphones, online tools, and applications.
• Some experience in a consultative customer service or sales role.
• Basic knowledge of sales and business banking solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes and guides customers as they walk into the branch lobby, and offers advice on digital and self-serve options.
• Identifies customer needs and provides guidance on financial solutions that fit their interests.
• Collaborates with BMO partners to identify referral opportunities to grow the relationship.
• Keeps customer records accurate and complete.
