Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience and/or certification in related field is desirable or equivalent education/experience.
• Canada only: registration to sell investment products (not required for US roles).
• Confident and experienced with social media, tablets, smartphones, online tools and apps.
• Some experience in consultative customer service or sales roles.
• Basic knowledge of specialized sales and business banking solutions to refer to specialists.
• Commitment to helping customers and delivering personal experiences.
• Ability to thrive in a consultative, team-based environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and listening abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with partners to identify referral opportunities to grow customer relationships.
• Welcome customers and guide them to available digital and self-serve options.
• Lead client conversations about banking services and channels to provide strategic advice.
• Meet customer transaction needs with seamless execution.
• Review customer profiles and discuss needs-based opportunities for banking and credit cards.
• Support branch operations and risk/compliance processes as required.
