Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow using a tablet.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance, including opening new accounts, compliant with policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and presenting product solutions to meet client goals.
• Support branch operations and cash handling in line with bank procedures.
