JPMorgan Chase invites you to join as an Associate Banker in the WA area. This part-time role, scheduled for 30 hours, focuses on welcoming clients, opening and servicing accounts, and guiding customers through digital banking tools to meet their financial goals.

You will help build relationships by listening and advising clients, while collaborating with teammates to deliver seamless service across locations in Federal Way, Auburn, and nearby communities.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients entering the branch and managing lobby flow with a tablet.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts per policy.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing solutions with the team.
• Perform branch operations including cash devices while following policies and procedures.
