Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow and meetings.
• Assist with day-to-day transactions and open new accounts in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations and cash handling while adhering to bank procedures.
