Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and assisting with branch services.
• Open new accounts and provide account servicing while following all policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital tools like mobile app and online banking.
• Develop trusted relationships by listening, asking questions, and offering product knowledge.
• Assist with branch operations including cash handling and adherence to procedures.
