Job summary

Chase is hiring an Associate Banker for a 30-hour schedule in the Denver, CO metro area. You’ll greet clients, assist with account openings, and educate customers on using Chase digital tools to meet their financial goals.

You will deliver friendly, attentive service, build trusted client relationships, and collaborate with the branch team to support daily operations and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow using a tablet.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance; open new accounts in compliance with policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking, digital tools, and self-service options.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing solutions with the team.
• Support branch operations and cash handling in accordance with bank procedures.
