Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment and greet clients as they enter the branch.
• Open new accounts and perform account servicing while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and digital tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships with clients by listening, asking questions, and providing solutions.
• Perform branch operations including cash handling in line with bank policies.
