Job summary

Harris Teeter in Burlington, NC is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to help shoppers. You will bag groceries, provide carryout and pickup service, load merchandise into vehicles, and return carts to the store, delivering friendly assistance at every visit.

Successful candidates will have strong communication and teamwork skills, willingness to participate in required training, and the ability to function in a fast-paced retail environment while upholding company standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to participate in and successfully complete required training and to work with the team to increase customer satisfaction and sales.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English.
• Ability to write simple correspondence in English.
• Ability to present information effectively in one-on-one and small group settings to English-speaking customers and associates.
