Carter’s in Florida is seeking a Part Time Sales Manager who will be the first face of our brand for growing families. You’ll help parents and grandparents discover baby essentials and school-ready pieces, while coaching a team on product knowledge and service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds as needed.
• Stand or walk for extended periods; climb a ladder if required.
• Provide availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Become a product and brand expert of Carter’s brands for families from preemie to size 14.
• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Maintain a genuine customer focus on the sales floor.
• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for employees and customers.
• Coach others to deliver omni-channel service excellence and drive results.
• Lead assigned business focus area with detailed planning and follow-through.
• Perform Leader on Duty duties, respond to customer concerns promptly.
• Utilize customer feedback to identify opportunities and drive improvements.
• Build customer loyalty through Carter’s programs, including credit.
