The role emphasizes teamwork, product knowledge, and the ability to handle a flexible schedule, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime when needed. Automotive aptitude and ASE certification are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Customer Assistance & Communication – Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions through clear, professional communication.
• Leadership & Teamwork – Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment.
• Sales & Metrics Mindedness – Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
• Inventory Management & Store Operations – Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow POS procedures and loss prevention policies.
• Process Orientation & Safety Compliance – Follow structured processes and use PPE to maintain a safe work environment.
• Product Knowledge – Stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems.
• Diagnostics Support – Use diagnostic tools to read codes and recommend solutions.
