Job summary

AutoZone in Lyons, IL is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate to help customers find the right automotive parts and solutions. You will engage with customers, share knowledgeable advice, and contribute to a friendly, efficient store environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with product selection, teamwork with the store team, promoting promotions to reach sales goals, and maintaining inventory and store operations while following safety procedures and PPE guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 to apply.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights and weekends.
• Bilingual Spanish and English preferred.
• Automotive knowledge and retail experience encouraged.
• ASE Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and provide automotive advice.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to maintain a positive store environment.
• Promote products and promotions to support sales goals.
• Restock merchandise and manage inventory in-store.
• Follow safety policies and store procedures including PPE usage.
• Maintain product knowledge and use diagnostic tools as needed.
