Auto Value is seeking a Part-Time Store Delivery Driver & Customer Service Representative to join our Mt Iron location. You will deliver parts on assigned routes and support in-store operations, combining on-the-road independence with daily teamwork.

This role emphasizes friendly customer interactions, accurate delivery documentation, and safe vehicle practices. Prior retail or automotive parts knowledge is helpful, and a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Knowledge of federal and state driving regulations.
• Familiarity with local delivery area and store operations.
• Basic automotive parts knowledge or retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently deliver parts and products to customers on assigned routes.
• Accurately complete delivery documentation and communicate with the store team.
• Pick up parts from customers or other store locations as directed.
• Maintain the delivery vehicle and keep it clean and in good condition.
• Assist in-store customers with orders, returns, and inquiries.
• Support store operations by checking in freight and stocking shelves.
• Uphold company standards for safety, appearance, and daily operations.
