Tom Kadlec Honda in Rochester, MN is seeking a Part-time Automotive Detailer to join our growing team. We offer competitive pay starting at $17.00/hour and a schedule that includes Tuesday through Thursday afternoons, Friday afternoons, and Saturday shifts.

Qualifications

• Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Honest, transparent, and takes ownership of their work.

• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Previous detailing experience is a plus, but not required — we’ll train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Clean both the interior and exterior of vehicles according to quality standards.
• Vacuum, shampoo, and condition carpets, seats, upholstery, and trunk spaces.
• Wax, buff, and polish surfaces using cloths and professional equipment.
• Apply protective finishes and dyes to leather, vinyl, and fabric surfaces.
• Use air compressors, cloths, and chemicals to ensure a spotless result.
• Degrease engine bays and maintain cleanliness under the hood.
