Job summary

A community support organization in Chester County seeks part-time Enhanced Support Staff to provide individualized support for a young man with autism. Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of caregiving, TSS, PCA, or similar experience.
• Experience with autism and/or developmental disabilities.
• Reliable, consistent, and skilled in problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive behavioral support and problem-solving.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Promote independence while ensuring safety.
• Support meaningful routines and preferred activities.
