Qualifications

• Licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser and/or Audiologist required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and offer a free hearing screen.
• Analyze test findings and make recommendations based on the customer’s hearing loss.
• Recommend and dispense assistive listening and hearing solutions.
• Educate patients on use, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hearing aid devices.
• Make follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
