Job summary

Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is seeking a Part-Time Audiologist (AuD) to provide care in a structured, outpatient clinic in Mishawaka, IN. The role is 3-4 days per month, with a compensation of $900 per diem.

This is an independent contractor (1099) position and requires the AuD and Indiana licensure. You will perform comprehensive audiometric evaluations, diagnose and manage hearing-related conditions, and fit and program hearing aids while educating patients.

Qualifications

• AuD degree is required.
• Active Indiana Audiology Dispensing License is required.
• Hearing Aid Dispensing Registration/Certificate required.
• Experience treating seniors is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive audiometric evaluations and hearing assessments.
• Diagnose and manage hearing-related conditions within your scope of practice.
• Fit and program hearing aids as appropriate.
• Provide patient education on hearing health and device use.
• Collaborate with clinic staff as part of an integrated care team.
